Ratebeer: 100/100. 1st World Problems pours deep straw with a huge off-white head and lots of lacing. The nose is an intriguing blend of new world hops and fruity/phenolic yeast esters from its unique Belgian yeast strain. The taste is medium to light bodied, with an assertive bitterness. Hops dominate but fruit from the yeast can be picked up and the malt backbone is interesting with the addition of malted rye. A flavour sensation!

Ratebeer: 90/100. Cascadian East pours copper with a huge white head. The nose is rife with grapefruit, citrus and tropical fruit as well as a resinous undertone. The taste is a medium to light bodied with a bouquet of West Coast American hops, a hint of caramel and tongue tingling bitterness. The finish is crisp and dry.

Fresh and balanced, punchy, seasonal, sparkling Blackcurrant Soda, handmade by us in our Hackney Soda Works, with lots of fresh fruit and zero artificial anything. Packed with powerful sharp-yet-sweet fruit flavour, balanced lightly with a touch of British beet sugar and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice, were pretty chuffed with this delicious soda, and we think you will be too.
